Role Overview
Our part-time Pet Associates drive positive pet parent experiences uphold store standards and provide direct pet care. From greeting customers to maintaining habitats this entry-level role offers flexibility and impact in a fun pet-filled workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person online and at register including order pickups
- Care for store pets: feed water clean habitats and administer vet-directed meds
- Stock shelves face products execute price changes and maintain cleanliness
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions
- Ensure safety for associates pets and customers responding to issues promptly
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet enthusiasts thrive! Need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays ability to lift 50lbs+ and composure under pressure. Physical demands include standing lifting and animal exposure in a moderate-noise environment.
