Role Overview

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Geneva Illinois you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences while caring for store pets and maintaining a clean safe environment. This entry-level role supports sales services and pet health upholding PetSmart's vision mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service in-person phone register and online including order pickups
• Care for store-owned pets: feed water clean habitats administer vet-directed meds and respond to illnesses
• Maintain store cleanliness stock shelves face products and execute price changes
• Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment
• Ensure safety for associates pets and customers while assisting across store areas

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required but pet lovers thrive here. Need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays ability to stay composed under pressure and physical stamina to lift 50lbs+ climb ladders and work in pet-filled environments. Vision for depth perception and handling moderate noise essential.
