Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and sales.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medications, and vet transport if needed.
- Maintain merchandising standards: stocking, facing, recovery, price changes, and event promotions.
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and company policies across all store areas.
Experience & Skills
