Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Grandville, Michigan, you'll deliver outstanding pet parent experiences, care for live pets, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through in-person, phone, register, and online interactions.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, watering, cleaning habitats (birds, reptiles, small animals, fish), and vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and prepare online orders for seamless pickup.
- Promote merchandise, services, live pets, and events like adoption weekends and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to pet health issues immediately.
Experience & Skills
