Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and sales.
- Manage pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety by monitoring pets, administering meds, and transporting sick pets to vets.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist across store areas including services.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required. We seek pet enthusiasts with strong communication, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in pet-filled environments. Vision for depth perception and animal handling comfort essential.
