Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Greenbelt MD you'll engage pet parents and pets deliver positive experiences and uphold our vision. Share store maintenance pet safety and direct pet care in a dynamic retail environment focused on exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person phone register and online order pickups.
- Care for store-owned pets: feed water clean habitats and administer vet-directed meds.
- Maintain cleanliness stock products face shelves and support pricing promotions.
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety: respond to sick pets transport to vet and foster secure environment.
- Assist across store areas participate in Belonging culture and follow policies.
Experience & Skills
Required
Strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure. Physical demands: stand/walk/lift 50lbs+ handle animals in moderate-noise wet pet-hair environments.
Ideal
