Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medications per vet direction.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to sick pets immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist across store areas including services.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Need strong communication, composure under pressure, and physical stamina (lift 50lbs, stand/walk extensively, handle animals in moderate noise/wet environments). Flexibility for variable shifts essential.
