Essential Physical Demands
Stand walk lift 50lbs+ climb kneel in moderate noise with pet hair animal exposure. Team lifts over 100lbs possible; accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent service in-person online phone and pickup.
- Care for store pets: feed water clean habitats administer vet-directed meds handle sick pets.
- Stock face recover merchandise execute pricing and promotions.
- Promote events adoptions Treats charity and recommend products services pets.
- Maintain cleanliness safety follow policies participate in Belonging culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet enthusiasm helps! Need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina for dynamic retail setting with live animals.
