Role Overview
Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Pet Associates) deliver outstanding pet parent experiences, maintain store standards, and provide direct care for in-store pets. Based in Hudson, Massachusetts, this entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow within a supportive retail environment focused on pet safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent engagement across in-person, phone, register, and online channels.
- Manage pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and crickets.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and prepare online orders.
- Recommend products, services, live pets, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and immediate response to sick/injured pets, including vet transport.
Experience & Skills
