Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates in Kildeer, IL, deliver exceptional pet parent experiences, care for store pets, and maintain a clean, safe store. This entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, perfect for animal lovers seeking impactful work.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
- Provide hands-on care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and habitats – including feeding, cleaning, and vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to sick/injured pets immediately.
- Support all store areas, uphold cleanliness, and embody our culture of Belonging.
Experience & Skills
