Role Overview

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Kissimmee, Florida, you'll engage pet parents, care for live animals, and maintain an exceptional store experience. This entry-level role offers flexibility, hands-on pet interaction, and the chance to make a daily impact in a fun, pet-loving atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.
• Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, watering, cleaning habitats, and vet-directed medications.
• Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and handle sick/injured pets promptly.
• Recommend products, services, and live pets to drive sales and satisfaction.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Successful candidates have strong communication skills, schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in a pet-filled environment with moderate noise and occasional wet conditions.
