Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, and seamless online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and vet transport if needed.
- Execute merchandising tasks like product stocking, facing, recovery, and promotional pricing.
- Recommend products, services, and live pets to boost sales and promote events like adoptions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across the store, assisting in various areas as required.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators with schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and handle live animals in a dynamic environment.
