Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, product recommendations, and seamless online pickup.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and vet transport if needed.
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking, facing products, price changes, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Promote events such as adoptions, Treats enrollment, and charity drives.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers while adapting to various store areas.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators who thrive under pressure, handle physical demands (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, climbing), and embrace our culture of belonging. Comfort with live animals, pet hair, and moderate noise is essential.
