Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.
- Care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and habitats including feeding, cleaning, and medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and respond to pet health issues promptly.
- Sell merchandise, services, and live pets while supporting all store areas.
Experience & Skills
No experience needed—we provide training! Ideal candidates have strong communication, flexibility, composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in pet-filled environments. Passion for pets is essential.
