Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in-person online phone and at register greeting customers and preparing pick-up orders.
- Maintain pet health by feeding watering cleaning habitats for birds reptiles fish small animals and administering vet-directed meds.
- Keep store spotless stock shelves face products execute price changes and recover sales floor.
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety for associates pets and customers taking swift action for sick/injured pets.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet enthusiasts thrive here. You'll need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina to lift 50lbs+ stand extensively and handle animals in moderate-noise wet pet-hair-filled settings. Ladder climbing reaching stooping and depth perception essential.
