Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Marlton NJ you'll engage pet parents provide positive experiences and care for store pets. Uphold our vision while maintaining cleanliness safety and sales standards. Flexible role supporting various store areas including services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Greet pet parents answer questions process online pickups and recommend products services live pets. Promote events like adoption weekends and Treats enrollment.
Pet Care
Feed water clean habitats for birds reptiles small animals fish and crickets. Administer vet-directed medications identify sick pets and transport as needed.
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness face fill recover products execute price changes and ensure safety for associates pets and customers.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet passion helps. Need strong communication flexibility for evenings weekends holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina to stand lift 50lbs team lift 100lbs climb and work in pet-filled environments.
