Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Medina Ohio you'll engage pet parents and pets deliver exceptional service and maintain store standards. Share pet care responsibilities ensure safety and support sales across registers online pickups and services. Perfect for animal lovers seeking flexible rewarding work.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings questions and seamless online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets including feeding cleaning habitats and vet-directed medications.
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking facing products price changes and sales floor recovery.
- Sell merchandise services live pets and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain cleanliness safety and respond immediately to pet health issues.
Experience & Skills
No experience needed but pet passion helps. Required: excellent communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50lbs+ standing walking climbing and animal exposure in moderate-noise wet environments with pet hair.
