Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, watering, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and vet transport for sick animals.
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking, facing products, price changes, and sales floor recovery.
- Recommend products, services, live pets, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain safety standards and store cleanliness amid moderate noise, pet hair, and physical demands like lifting 50+ lbs.
Experience & Skills
