As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Midland TX, you'll engage pet parents and care for store pets while upholding PetSmart's vision. Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person online and at checkout; care for birds reptiles fish small animals including feeding cleaning and vet-directed meds; maintain store cleanliness recover merchandise and support pricing events; promote services adoptions and Treats program; ensure safety for associates pets and customers responding swiftly to health issues.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet passion is a plus. Need strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays composure under pressure and physical stamina to lift 50lbs+ climb and handle animals in moderate-noise wet pet-hair-filled settings. Depth perception and team-lifting for heavier items essential.
