Key Responsibilities
- Drive positive pet parent interactions handling sales register online orders and inquiries
- Manage pet healthcare for store animals including feeding cleaning habitats and vet-directed medications
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking facing products price changes and sales floor recovery
- Promote events adoptions and services while ensuring safety for pets associates and customers
- Maintain cleanliness and respond swiftly to pet health issues
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required but pet enthusiasm is key. Successful candidates have strong communication flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays and physical stamina to lift 50lbs+ climb ladders and work amid pets/noise. Depth perception and composure under pressure are essential.
