Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online pickups.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, cleaning habitats, watering, and vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Sell merchandise, services, and live pets while recommending solutions.
- Promote events like adoption weekends and Treats enrollment; ensure safety and respond to pet health issues.
Experience & Skills
