PetSmart's Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in New Hartford, NY, delivers outstanding pet parent experiences, maintains store standards, and provides direct pet care. This entry-level role involves customer engagement, merchandising, and ensuring pet safety in a dynamic retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, and seamless online order pickups.
- Manage pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and crickets.
- Stock shelves, face products, recover sales floor, and handle price changes/promotions.
- Sell merchandise, services, live pets, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and respond to pet health issues, including vet transport.
Experience & Skills
