As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Norcross, Georgia, you'll engage pet parents, care for live pets, and maintain a welcoming store. This entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays while making a daily impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online pickups.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, cleaning habitats, medicating as directed.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure store cleanliness, pet safety, and safe environment for all.
- Recommend merchandise, services, and live pets to drive sales.
Experience & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Composure under pressure; physical stamina to lift 50lbs+, climb ladders, handle animals.
Pet experience preferred but not required—passion for pets is key. Moderate noise, wet environments, and pet hair common.
