Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate), you'll engage pet parents and care for store pets, ensuring positive experiences while maintaining cleanliness and safety. This entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic pet retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pet parent service in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide direct care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, including feeding, cleaning, and vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and pet welfare; handle sick pets promptly.
- Recommend products, services, and live pets to drive sales and satisfaction.
Experience & Skills
