Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and sales.
- Provide hands-on care for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, including feeding, cleaning, and vet transport.
- Execute merchandising: face/fill products, price changes, and promotional setups.
- Promote events like adoptions, Treats enrollment, and charity drives.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and company policies across all store areas.
Experience & Skills
