Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and sales at register.
- Manage pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish; administer vet-directed meds.
- Uphold cleanliness, stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to sick pets and transport to vet if needed.

Experience & Skills
No prior experience required, but pet enthusiasm is key. Must have strong communication, flexibility, composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in pet-filled environments. Vision for depth perception needed; reasonable accommodations available.
