Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Pico Rivera, CA, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, deliver positive experiences, and uphold our vision. Share in store maintenance, pet safety, and direct pet care while working flexibly evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), stoop, kneel in a pet-filled environment with moderate noise and occasional wet/hairy conditions. Depth perception required; accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person and online; care for birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals; maintain cleanliness; stock and face merchandise; sell products/services; promote events; ensure safety and respond to pet health issues.
Experience & Skills
