As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Plano, Texas, you'll engage pet parents and care for store pets, ensuring positive experiences while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, watering, cleaning habitats (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals), and administering vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote merchandise, services, events like adoptions.
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness; respond to sick/injured pets by transporting to vet if needed.
- Support all store areas, follow policies, and contribute to our recognition culture.
