Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Plymouth Meeting, PA, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver positive experiences, and uphold our vision. Share store maintenance, pet safety, and direct pet care responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), handle animals in moderate noise with pet hair exposure. Reasonable accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online. Greet customers, prepare online orders, care for store pets (feeding, cleaning habitats, medications), maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, execute pricing, sell products/services/pets, promote events, ensure safety, and assist store-wide.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring strong communication, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, and pet passion. No prior experience needed—training provided.
