Role Overview

Essential Physical Demands
Stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), handle pets in moderate-noise, pet-hair-filled settings. Reasonable accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish; administer vet-directed meds.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure store safety, respond to sick/injured pets, and support all areas including services.
- Uphold cleanliness, company policies, and culture of belonging.
