Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
- Manage pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and crickets; administer vet-directed meds.
- Uphold cleanliness, recover merchandise, stage products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety for associates, pets, and customers; respond to sick/injured pets with vet transport if needed.
- Support all store areas, follow policies, and embrace our culture of Belonging.
Experience & Skills
