As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in San Antonio, Texas, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver exceptional service, maintain store standards, and care for live animals. Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medication administration, and vet transport if needed.
- Execute merchandising: stock products, face shelves, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sales through recommendations and store recovery.
