Role Overview
Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates in Savannah, GA, deliver outstanding pet parent experiences, care for store pets, and maintain a clean, safe store. This entry-level role suits animal lovers with flexible schedules, involving customer engagement, sales, and pet care in a dynamic retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to pet parents in-person, phone, register, and online orders.
- Care for store-owned pets: feed, water, clean habitats (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals), and administer vet-directed meds.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote merchandise/services/events.
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and immediate action for sick/injured pets.
- Assist across departments and participate in our culture of belonging.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators who stay composed under pressure, lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work evenings/weekends/holidays. Exposure to animals, moderate noise, and wet environments is common; reasonable accommodations available.
