Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and register support.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, cleaning habitats (fish, birds, reptiles, small animals), and vet-directed medications.
- Execute merchandising tasks like stocking, facing products, price changes, and maintaining sales floor standards.
- Sell merchandise, services, and live pets while promoting events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Ensure safety by monitoring pets, maintaining cleanliness, and responding to health issues.
Experience & Skills
