Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, question-answering, online order prep, and seamless checkouts.
- Handle pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish; administer vet-directed meds.
- Ensure store excellence by facing/filling products, staging merchandise, weekly price changes, and total cleanliness.
- Sell products/services/live pets, promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Prioritize safety: monitor pets, transport sick/injured to vet, maintain secure environment for all.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! We seek strong communicators with schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50lbs+, climb ladders, and work in pet-filled environments. Vision for depth perception and tolerance for moderate noise/pet hair essential.
