Role Overview
Our part-time Pet Associates drive exceptional pet parent experiences while maintaining store standards and caring for live pets. This entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hands-on pet care, sales, and store support in a fun, pet-filled environment.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), climb ladders, handle animals, and work in moderate noise/wet conditions with pet hair exposure. Reasonable accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding service by greeting customers, preparing online orders, recommending products/services/pets, and promoting events like adoptions. Maintain pet health (feeding, cleaning, vet transport), store cleanliness, merchandising, and safety for associates, pets, and guests.
