Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pet parent experiences in-person, phone, register, and online.
- Provide direct care for store pets: feeding, watering, cleaning habitats, and vet transports.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Recommend merchandise, services, and live pets while ensuring safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist across store areas as needed.
