Role Overview
As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in West Chester, Ohio, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver exceptional service, maintain store standards, and care for live animals. This entry-level role offers flexibility, pet-loving energy, and pathways to advance in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, cleaning habitats (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals), and vet-directed medications.
- Execute merchandising: stock products, face shelves, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and respond to pet health issues by transporting to vets as needed.
- Recommend products, services, and live pets while assisting across store areas.
Experience & Skills
