As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Westerly, RI, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver exceptional service, maintain store standards, and care for live animals. This entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays while making a daily impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction in-person, phone, register, and online order pickups.
- Provide hands-on care for store pets: feeding, habitat cleaning, medications per vet direction.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and respond to pet health issues including vet transport.
- Recommend products, services, and pets to boost sales and loyalty.
Experience & Skills
