Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through greetings, questions, online order prep, and sales.

- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and promote events like adoptions.
- Ensure safety by monitoring pets, transporting sick ones to vets, and upholding cleanliness.
- Collaborate across store areas, from services to registers.
