Role Overview
Our part-time Retail Sales Associates (Pet Associates) deliver exceptional pet parent experiences, maintain store standards, and provide direct care for in-store pets. Based in Willow Grove, PA, this entry-level role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow within a supportive retail environment focused on pet safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent engagement across in-person, phone, register, and online channels.
- Care for store-owned pets: feed, water, clean habitats (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals), and administer vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and prepare online orders for seamless pickup.
- Promote merchandise, services, live pets, adoption events, and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure safety, and respond to sick/injured pets by transporting to vets as needed.
Experience & Skills
