Key Responsibilities
- Drive pet parent satisfaction through in-person, phone, register, and online interactions.
- Manage pet healthcare: feed, water, clean habitats for birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, and crickets.
- Stock shelves, face products, handle price changes, and prepare online pickups.
- Recommend products, services, live pets, and promote events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and respond to pet health issues by transporting to vets as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—pet passion is key! Ideal candidates have strong communication, composure under pressure, and physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in pet-filled environments. Flexibility for variable shifts is essential.
