As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pet Associate) in Windsor, ON, you'll deliver exceptional pet parent experiences while caring for live animals and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-person, phone, register, and online customer service.
- Care for store pets: feed, water, clean habitats (birds, reptiles, fish, small animals), and administer vet-directed medications.
- Stock shelves, face products, execute price changes, and prepare online pickups.
- Promote merchandise, services, live pets, and events like adoptions and Treats enrollment.
- Maintain safety standards, respond to pet health issues, and support all store areas.
Experience & Skills
