Role Overview

As Retail Shift Leader (Assistant Store Leader/Manager) at our Boulder location, you'll drive store success during key 2nd shifts (nights/weekends). This full-time hourly role (40 hours/week) partners with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build team synergy, and uphold our sustainability commitments in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full store operations and superior customer service, especially unsupervised on nights/weekends.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience Coordinators to cultivate team mentality and achieve store goals.
• Advance company sustainability in environmental practices, employee welfare, community engagement, and operations.
• Lead team development and ensure seamless execution across all shifts.
• Handle multitasking, prioritization, and cross-departmental problem-solving.

Experience & Skills

Seeking hard-working pros with 4+ years retail experience (2+ in pets ideal), independent problem-solving, multitasking in fast-paced environments, analytical skills, and MS Office familiarity. Must embrace natural products, retail/e-commerce careers, and sustainability. Positive can-do attitude required; nights/weekends essential.
