- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; manage pet parent interactions; conduct monthly walks; maintain compliance and inventory; review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; partner on events and adoption groups.
