Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; build open-door culture; manage schedules, reviews, and feedback; delegate and empower team.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver exceptional service; conduct Core and Services Walks; prioritize safety; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategy for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review cameras for safety and coaching.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Skills include team building, operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is essential.
