Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture with engagement tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; lead pet parent interactions; conduct safety walks; manage inventory and compliance; review cameras for coaching.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze metrics and root causes; communicate objectives; partner on events and community initiatives.
Experience & Skills
