Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, conduct reviews, and build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver exceptional service; manage inventory and compliance; conduct safety walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer focus, and operational expertise. Pet care knowledge is a plus. Must thrive in dynamic environments with flexible scheduling.

- Foster associate engagement via recognition, training, and open communication
- Monitor store cameras, address risks, and ensure pet welfare
- Collaborate on events and community partnerships
