- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates; foster open-door culture, deliver reviews, recognize achievements.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environment for pets and people; lead pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze metrics, communicate objectives, review cameras for accountability.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, financial oversight, and pet retail operations. Key skills include strategic thinking, conflict resolution, compliance enforcement, and empowering teams to excel.
