Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage schedules, performance reviews, and foster an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, and maintain a positive environment.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze metrics, manage inventory, and oversee opening/closing procedures.
Experience & Skills

- Collaborate on events, monitor store cameras, and handle pet health emergencies
